Terms of Use

Effective date: 5 May 2026

2.1 General

These Terms govern the use of https://dinea.pro and the Dinea CRM at https://crm.dinea.pro, provided by Individual entrepreneur Serhii Viacheslavovych Kiniak.

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription or using the service, the user agrees to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the other referenced rules.

Anyone acting for a company or store confirms that they have the authority to bind that entity.

2.2 Service description

Dinea provides tools for handling leads, customers, products, locations, finance, tasks, analytics, documents and connected integrations.

The actual feature set depends on the chosen plan, country, third-party API availability and the status of each integration.

2.3 Registration and account

Users must provide accurate information, protect their credentials and not grant unauthorised third parties access to the account.

The organisation owner is responsible for users, roles, settings, imported data and actions taken by their team.

Suspected unauthorised access must be reported immediately to security@dinea.pro.

2.4 Trial period

Unless the website states otherwise, the trial lasts 14 days. Trial features may be limited. At the end of the trial, access may be suspended until a plan is selected.

2.5 Plans and payment

Current prices and limits are published on the pricing page. Taxes, payment-provider fees and currency are shown before payment.

A subscription may renew automatically if this is clearly disclosed before payment. A user may cancel a future renewal in settings or through support.

Refund rules: in accordance with Ukrainian law; a request concerning an unused prepaid period may be sent to support@dinea.pro, after which eligibility for a refund will be reviewed.

We may change prices after advance notice. A change does not apply retroactively to an already paid period unless required by law.

2.6 Limits and fair use

A plan may limit users, warehouses, orders, file storage or integrations.

“Unlimited” means there is no standard fixed limit for ordinary business use. It does not permit automated abuse, resale of resources, use as general file hosting or abnormal load.

If usage becomes excessive, we first seek an appropriate technical or plan solution with the customer.

2.7 Acceptable use

Users must not:

  • break the law or infringe another person’s rights;
  • upload malicious code;
  • bypass access controls;
  • test vulnerabilities without permission;
  • send spam or unlawful communications;
  • use another person’s tokens or account without authority;
  • copy or resell the service without written permission;
  • create load that harms other users;
  • use the service for prohibited goods or fraud.

2.8 User data

The user retains rights in data uploaded to Dinea. The user grants us a limited right to process it only to provide, secure and improve the service under the contract and Privacy Policy.

The user warrants that customer, employee and partner data is obtained and used lawfully.

2.9 Integrations

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. Dinea does not control changes to their APIs, downtime, account restrictions, regional limits or revoked permissions.

We may change or discontinue an integration if the third-party platform changes access or requirements, or if continued support becomes technically or legally impossible.

The user must have lawful administrator rights for the connected business account.

2.10 Support and onboarding

Support levels depend on the plan. Response times are indicative unless a separate written SLA applies.

2.11 Availability and service changes

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance, outages, updates and third-party failures may occur.

We may change the interface and features while preserving the service’s main purpose. Where possible, we give advance notice before materially discontinuing a key function.

2.12 Intellectual property

Dinea, its code, design, documentation, brand and materials belong to Individual entrepreneur Serhii Viacheslavovych Kiniak or its licensors. The user receives a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the service during the subscription.

Feedback may be used to improve the product without transferring rights in resulting features to the user.

2.13 Suspension and termination

We may temporarily restrict access because of:

  • a material breach of these Terms;
  • non-payment;
  • a security threat;
  • a lawful requirement;
  • abuse of resources.

Where possible, we provide notice and time to remedy the breach.

After termination, the user may request an export during 30 calendar days after account termination, unless law or contract provides otherwise.

2.14 Disclaimer

The service is provided as available. We do not guarantee that it will fit every specialised workflow, that all integrations will remain continuously available, or that third-party data will always be complete and error-free.

2.15 Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Individual entrepreneur Serhii Viacheslavovych Kiniak is not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, lost opportunities, third-party platform actions or problems caused by the user’s incorrect configuration.

Total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount actually paid by the user during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

2.16 Indemnity

The user is responsible for claims arising from unlawful data, content, goods, communications, infringement of third-party rights or use of the service contrary to these Terms.

2.17 Changes to the Terms

The updated version is published on the website. Material changes may be announced by email or in the application.

2.18 Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes are heard in the competent courts of Ukraine under the jurisdiction rules of applicable law, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
